Why a web-log about handboards ?

Why writing a web-log about handboards and bodysurfing ?

When I decided to build my own handboard I searched on the web about dimensions, materials, shapes and found very few informations but a French web page. So I gathered as much as I could in this little site and I hoped It can be useful to someone.
